Our Residential Program can offer around the clock support in licensed homes, or on-call, occasional support in your family member’s own home or apartment.
PathWays values the importance of family. We share your desire for the safety, health, and happiness of your loved one. Our Residential Program is highly individualized, focusing on the personality and goals of your family member. When you visit one of our licensed homes, the individuality shines through. Throughout each of our homes, interests are incorporated into daily routines, new experiences are promoted, and continual support for growth and development are ever-present.
Our Residential Habilitation service offers licensed homes with 24-hour PathWays staff member support. Assistance in all aspects of your loved one’s life is provided in the home and while they experience the community. Compatible housemates provide a positive home environment and meaningful friendships. Respite is another service provided in the same setting and with the same level of support, but is short-term in nature.
Supported Living services can be a bridge to living independently, or simply offer the occasional level of support for success. When a family member lives in their own home or apartment and needs some additional support, this may be the right path. Along with on-call availability for emergencies, assistance in areas such as self-care, meal preparation, home management, relationship development, wellness activities, and use of community resources are provided.

HUD Homes
PathWays' HUD Homes are fully handicap accessible and offer safety and comfort to people of all abilities. Our single-level homes give individuals plenty of space to move freely inside and out.
