PathWays currently offers three options under our Residential Program: Residential Habilitation, Supported Living, and Respite.
Open doors. Open hearts. And all the support you need.
Residential Habilitation is 24/7 support from a PathWays staff member to assist you in your home and community to engage in lifelong learning. Assistance can include, but isn't limited to daily living activities, promoting positive interactions and relationships, developing and continuing good health and wellness, managing and participating in your medical care, managing your emotional wellness, participating in developing your service plan, decision making, achieving financial stability, communicating, utilizing transportation, developing interests, and exercising your rights as a citizen.
Supported Living is also available to you through PathWays when you live in your own home or apartment. Under this service, you will be provided with assistance in areas such as self-care, health maintenance, wellness activities, meal preparation, decision making, home management, managing personal resources, communication, mobility and transportation, relationship development and socialization, personal adjustment, participating in community functions and activities, and use of community resources to promote independence.
With Respite, you can stay in one of our licensed homes for a short period of time if you and your caretaker need a break from each other or if you are in an emergency situation. We will work our best to help you to maintain your regular routine for the days you are with us and, if you'd like, we'll help you to find other activities you may be interested in. Respite is limited to 30 days per fiscal year.
