PathWays Provides Residential Services for Individuals You Support
PathWays offers Residential services in Greene, Washington, and Westmoreland counties. We can provide varying levels of support for various lengths of time, it all depends on the need.
Each of our licensed homes has individual bedrooms and can house between one to three persons. Most of our residences are one-level, fully accessible ranch style homes with a large garage. Housemate compatibility is an important feature with all female, all male, and co-ed housing options. Personalities, interests, and other aspects important to each individual are considered when pairing housemates. Enabling each individual to live a meaningful life is our overarching measure of success.
Options available through the PathWays Residential Program are: Residential Habilitation, Respite, and Supported Living. PathWays has a long history of providing Residential services, and can be a valued partner in your pursuit of impactful support options.

Licensed Homes
Our supportive home settings offer you a path towards what is important and essential in your life. Live independently in one of our 11 homes as our 24-hour staff support you with whatever you need.
Supported Living
Supported Living offers a bridge between around the clock supports and independent living. It is a choice for an individual who lives in their own home or apartment and desires some assistance in their life.
HUD Homes
PathWays' HUD Homes are fully handicap accessible and offer safety and comfort to people of all abilities. Our single-level homes give individuals plenty of space to move freely inside and out.
